The Ultimate Protein-Packed Christmas Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
