Today, we’re diving into a chest superset routine designed to maximize your gains in a short time. A superset involves performing two exercises back-to-back with no rest in between, making your workout more intense and efficient. 💪

SUPERSET ONE:

Bench Press: 12 reps

 Rest 40 seconds 🔁 repeat 3 times

SUPERSET TWO:

 Rest 40 seconds 🔁 repeat 3 times

SUPERSET THREE:

Cable Fly: 12 reps

 Rest 40 seconds 🔁 repeat 3 times

Get Your Workout In, No Matter the Space

I want to share a trick on how to get your cardio or activity in, even if you don’t have any space. Let me tell you a story about a client of mine who lived in a New York studio apartment. If you know anything about New York, you know how tiny apartments can be. Getting a treadmill or any equipment in the apartment, except for some bands, was a struggle.

This client only had time to work out early in the morning and didn't want to go outside. So, we had to get creative. That’s when I discovered ropeless jump ropes. I know it might sound counterintuitive at first, but they provide an amazing workout!

Ropeless jump ropes simulate the motion of traditional jump ropes without the need for space. They are perfect for small areas and can be just as effective in getting your heart rate up and burning calories.
