Fast forward to today, and our screens are flooded with image after image of perfect bodies, setting a new standard that's hard to ignore and obtain.

The Highlight Affect: Social media has mastered the art of showcasing only the highlights. It is a curated display that often omits the journey’s challenges, long years of hard work, and consistency, presenting an end without a beginning.
Filters and Flattering Lighting: Nowadays, tools can transform the look of a physique into a version that’s often unattainable in everyday life and lighting.
Psychological Impacts: Comparing our looks decreases our self-esteem and increases body dissatisfaction. It is crucial to be aware of this and avoid comparisons.
Our advice? Remind yourself on the downsides of social media, control its effects and limit your time spent scrolling. More importantly, focus on your journey.

Got your hands on the set of dumbbells and wondering how you can create sculpted shoulders with them? I’ve got you covered. In fact, I primarily work out at my home gym doing these exact movements:
Shoulder Press: 4 sets x 15, 12, 12, 12 reps
Arnold Press: 3 sets x 12 reps
Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 12 reps
Front Raises: 3 sets x 12 reps
